- 1 cup fresh chilled curd or yogurt,
- 1/2 tsp cumin or jeera powder,
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Green chilli
- 1 tsp chopped garlic,
- 1 tsp fresh coriander leaves (optional)
- Add curd or yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Do not add water on it.

- Add jeera powder, pepper powder, black salt, salt, and chopped or grated garlic.
