Orange Juice Recipe 

The orange juice recipe method is easy. This drink or recipe is so good for health and body. Full of vitamin c and nutrition in orange that we all know which are a very good component for the body, so we any time we take it without any reason.
Orange juice drink  – A freshly prepared orange juice sweetened with honey. You could use any juicy orange for this recipe. I have used kinnow orange which is very juicy and fleshy but you can use any kind of orange. Beside this, you can try Badam Pista lassi, Lassi homemade, Mint lassi.

Orange Juice Recipe

Orange Juice Recipe is so tasty, delicious, awesome. It has so much vitamin C and nutrition to help your body strength and freshness in summer days or any season or anytime.

  • 6/7 pices fresh oranges, (or 850 grams oranges)
  • sugar, or honey, (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint leaf (for garnish )
  1. Peel the oranges and take the oranges in a mixie jar or blender jar or you can use a lemon squeezer.
  2. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice, this is optional and you can skip if you want.
  3. Add sugar or some honey.
  4. Add some ice cubes, optional.
  5. Run the mixie or blender on low medium speed for some seconds till the mixture becomes pulpy and the oranges are crushed. Avoid blending too much as we just need to crushed the segments and not the seeds.
  6. Line a juice strainer over a bowl or pan. In the juice strainer, pour the orange juice.
  7. Strain the juice with a help of a spoon. Keep on pressing and moving the spoon, so that all the juice is strained well.
  8. After this pressing process, you have the juice of orange.
  9. The juice will be now collected in a bowl.
  10. At last pour in glasses or whatever you want, serve it anytime.

1. If you select the orange for juice, it is tangy and less sweet, but add more honey/sugar accordingly.

2. You could use any kind of orange for this juice recipe.
