Jackfruit Curry or Kathal Korma Recipe

This dish is very delicious for all vegetarians and taste is just like a non-vegetarian dish. In short awesome. Once you taste this, I promised that you forget about all the other foods. It is also very easy to make.
To make this jackfruit curry, first cut the jackfruit into small squares and wash them well and coated them with a pinch of salt for half an hour. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the jackfruits until a light golden color. Then heat the oil again, add cumin seeds, cardamom, bay leaves, and asafoetida and then mix well with onion and ginger-garlic paste. Now fry a few seconds with turmeric powder, ginger powder, hot spices, and salt, then add the yogurt and stir constantly. When you see that all the spices are well-cooked, saute them well with those roasted jackfruits and salt. When the jackfruits are cooked, spread chopped coriander leaves and stir lightly. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Masala Bhindi Recipe

First, cut the ladyfinger in 1 inch long. Now mix it well with turmeric, coriander, chili powder, hot spices, mango powder, and salt. Then heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, cloves, and chopped onion. When you see that the onions become light brown then put the veggies. Then saute them until the ladyfingers are well-fried, take them down. Serve with hot bread or nun.

Matar Paneer Recipe

Heat the oil in a pan first and fry the onions. When the onion becomes light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and green chili paste. Add all the powdered spices, stir slightly. Now add tomato paste or chopped tomatoes and stir well. Then add the green peas and cook for a few more minutes. Then mix well with hot spice powder, cottage cheese, and coriander powder, and then add hot water to it. saute for a minute, stirring the ingredients slowly. In the end, add the dry fenugreek powder and serve as a perfect side dish.
